Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of limiteds.lol (the "Platform," "we," "us"). By creating an account, browsing listings, buying, or selling, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or transact on the Platform. If you are under 18, you may only use the Platform with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and current.

Access is void where prohibited. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in your country, state, and locality.

2. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. We connect Roblox accounts only through official authentication (OAuth) or public bio-phrase ownership verification.

You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are compromised, fraudulent, or operated in violation of these Terms.

3. The Marketplace

The Platform facilitates player-to-player trades of virtual collectibles. Purchases are fulfilled as trades delivered directly to a buyer's account. Items are not sold by, through, or on behalf of any game platform, and no purchase should be construed as an official sale by any game platform.

• Sellers are responsible for accurately describing items and honoring listed prices.
• Buyers are responsible for providing correct delivery details.
• We may delist items, cancel orders, or hold funds where fraud, chargebacks, or policy violations are suspected.

4. Payments

All transactions on the Platform are settled in cryptocurrency only. We do not process cards, bank transfers, or other fiat payment methods. Prices may be displayed in a fiat currency for convenience, but settlement occurs in the crypto asset you select at checkout at the then-current rate.

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Once a transaction is confirmed on the relevant network, it cannot be recalled. You are responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct address.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any unlawful purpose;
• Attempt to phish, scam, or steal credentials from other users;
• Circumvent our security, scrape data at scale, or interfere with the Platform's operation;
• List items you do not own or have no right to sell;
• Use bots or automation to manipulate pricing, listings, or the live feed.

We reserve the right to investigate and take action, including account termination and reporting to relevant authorities, for any violation.

6. Compliance

We are committed to operating responsibly. We maintain internal policies designed to comply with applicable laws, including consumer-protection, anti-fraud, and anti-money-laundering requirements in the jurisdictions in which we operate. We respect the intellectual property and platform rules of third parties and expect our users to do the same. If you believe content on the Platform infringes your rights, contact us and we will review it promptly.

7. Assumption of Risk

Trading virtual collectibles carries risk. Prices are volatile, and the value of any item may rise or fall. Cryptocurrency itself is volatile and largely irreversible. You acknowledge that you trade at your own risk and that we do not provide financial, investment, or tax advice.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or items, arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
