Claims & Disputes
If something goes wrong with an order — a delivery didn't arrive, an item was misdescribed, or a payment issue occurred — you can file a claim. Our Trust & Safety team reviews every claim fairly and works to make it right.
When to file a claim
- You paid for an item and it wasn't delivered within the expected time.
- The item you received doesn't match the listing.
- You believe you were targeted by a scam or an impersonator.
- A payment or withdrawal didn't complete as expected.
How claims work
1. Open a ticket
Join our Discord and open a ticket in #claims. Include your order ID, what happened, and any screenshots.
2. Review
Our team reviews the order history, delivery logs, and both parties' accounts. We may reach out for additional details.
3. Resolution
Where a claim is valid, we resolve it — typically by redelivery, refund to your balance, or crediting the correct amount. Bad-faith or fraudulent claims may result in account action.
Response times
Most claims receive a first response within 24 hours. Complex disputes involving multiple parties may take longer, but we keep you updated throughout.
Protecting yourself

Our claims process exists to protect honest buyers and sellers. Filing false claims, abusing chargebacks, or attempting to defraud the process is a violation of our Terms of Service and may lead to permanent removal from the Platform.
